Laurie A. Mazzotta, is the Founder and President/Broker of The Mazzotta Group, and has been in the retail real estate business since 1987.

At first she was associated with Turnburry Associates in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Ms. Mazzotta handled the property management of 1,000,000 square feet of retail space at Monroeville Mall. From 1989 until 1991; Ms. Mazzotta was responsible for the management and tenant relationships at Towson Town Center in Towson, Maryland, through the Hahn Company, San Diego, California. As part of the redevelopment, she worked cooperatively with the existing tenants for the center remodel and negotiating rent relief. Prior to opening, and continuing thereafter, she was responsible for the specialty leasing program and property management.

From 1991 until present, she founded and has cultivated Retail Strategies, Inc. now known as The Mazzotta Group. Ms. Mazzotta works with a variety of retailers.

Retail Clients served: Thai Express, Ginger Sushi Boutique, Wawa, Royal Farms, Celebree School, Dollar General, DTLR, Nature's Table, Dots, Dunkin Donuts, Versona, It's Fashion Metro, Cato, Jake's Wayback Hamburgers, and Firebirds Wood Fired Grill.

Landlord and Developer Clients served: Oekos Management, Phillips Edison & Co., Moran Properties.

Ms. Mazzotta has been successful in obtaining retailer exclusive representation. As a result of her many years in the industry, she has an extensive list of contacts throughout the retail community across the country. Ms. Mazzotta graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and has a Finance degree from Robert Morris University. Ms. Mazzotta is a licensed real estate broker and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
